1. How can I pause my subscription?

Simply login to your dashboard and select “Pause subscription”

2. When do I need to pause my subscription if I want to?

The cutoff date for orders is the 8th of every month. Please make any changes to your subscription before this date.

3. How do I cancel my subscription?

Login to your dashboard and select “Cancel Subscription” Alternatively, you can pause if you decide to order anything from us in the future. This will prevent you from having to create a new account.

4. When will the payment be charged?

Your card on file will be securely charged every 8th of the month. If you wish to make changes to your subscription, please do so before this date.

5. When will the box be shipped?

We aim to ship around the 15th of every month, depending if that day falls in the weekend. If this is the case, we will usually ship out the next weekday. Please note that due to the current Covid situation, delivery times may be delayed.

6. How many red and white wines are in the boxes?

Every subscription box contains 3 red and 1 white bottle. Premier one-off boxes can contain more white or more red, depending on the type of box. Please take note of the box’ description on the product page for details.

7. Can I get a return?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the goods, we do not offer returns at this time. That being said, however, in case of damaged items, exchanges may be possible. In case you experience damage, please send us detailed photos and a description of what happened and we may be able to exchange the damaged item for a similar one.

8. What can I expect every month?

Our focus lies in providing you with the best quality wine at the offered price point. We strive to maintain a different theme every month, which can be country, region or grape specific. Quality is our main focus to make sure you will not be disappointed! Each subscription box typically contains 3 red and 1 white bottle.

9. How does the reward system work?

Through our reward system, we can present you with special offers like discounts, wine accessories, access to special exclusive wines and many other interesting things to be announced.
